Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Rates are per night and subject to availablity.
Rates are subject to state and local sales tax (12% - 13%).
Rentals of 5 nights or less will be charged a departure clean fee.
Pet cleaning fee of $150.00 per stay per pet.
Upon prior notice, we reserve the right to substitute villas that are equivalent or better.
Long-term and seasonal rental rates available upon request.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
Up to and including 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund less 5% administrative fees.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% refund less 5% administrative fees.
14 days prior to date of arrival: No refund.
